We recently stayed at a property in Patong and were impressed by the fast wifi and convenient location. It was only a short walk to a convenience store and just 1.1km to the beach. the girl at the property was incredibly friendly and kind, even allowing us to check in early. Although the beds could be more comfortable and some quiet hours implemented, we believe this property is suitable for party-goers who just need a place to sleep. We also found it to be within walking distance to Bangla road, and the beds and facilities provided were adequate. the location was superior and easy to find. the room was clean, well-ventilated, and had good daylighting. the hot water was reliable and the overall hygiene of the room was excellent. The sound insulation was also great, allowing for a comfortable and restful stay. Cons: Not a single thing 🙌🏼.

I really enjoyed the charming and cozy decor of the hotel. The soft colors and warm lighting created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the lobby and lounges, were tastefully decorated and provided comfortable seating for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had easy accessibility, with well-maintained ramps and elevators, making it convenient for me to navigate the premises.
I would have preferred if the staff could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been nice if they had offered additional assistance, especially for those of us who may need help with luggage or directions.

The location of Heaven House was exceptional and easy to find. The room was clean, well-ventilated, and free of any unpleasant smells. The natural daylighting in the room was great. The hot water in the shower was reliable and the bathroom was in good condition. The sound insulation in the room was impressive, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay.
